Together we are giving hope to the world’s poorest children

Missio supports disadvantaged and vulnerable children globally. We help provide education, faith formation, orphanages, health clinics, children’s homes, and nutrition programmes, and more.

Through our children’s branch, Mission Together, children here in England and Wales are helping less fortunate children in God’s global family today – children helping children.

Supporting schools in the UK

As well as supporting children’s projects overseas, Missio creates free educational resources that support the mission and ethos of Catholic education in both primary and secondary schools.

Supporting Primary

Our Mission Together website contains a bank of liturgical prayers, assemblies, online learning resources, and craft activities to encourage faith development and help children journey through the liturgical year. All resources complement Catholic RE programmes, make links with other curriculum topics, and are mindful of the Common Inspection Framework.

Supporting Secondary

We don’t stop supporting young people when they leave primary school! Our secondary resources encourage students to discover the world around them and reflect on their role within it. We work to deepen understanding of mission and Universal Church, think critically, inspired by Christ’s Gospel, and – most importantly, to grow in faith.
