Cambodian Children Appeal

You can help bring God's love to the children of Cambodia this Christmas

Life in Cambodia is rife with difficulties, including crime and prostitution, drugs and economic struggle.

You can help bring hope to the children of Cambodia by providing them with an education.

For years, Sr Eulie - a Daughter of Charity - has been teaching children in the outlying areas of Phnom Penh. Sr Eulie has been able to give children the skills and education they need to build a better life.

Many children were unable to attend the school because of the long distances involved in travelling to it. So, the sisters have come up with the idea of a travelling school.

The mobile school uses a tuk-tuk, a motorcycle-based vehicle, adapted to carry both the educational material and the teacher.

Sr Eulie needs your help to expand the mobile tuk-tuk education centre to reach more children at risk. She also hopes to provide literacy classes to the parents so that they can support the learning of their children.

This Christmas, we have the chance to count our blessings and support our missionaries and the Church in proclaiming the Gospel of peace to those who suffer around the world.

By supporting Missio, you will be sharing the love of Christ with all people.

Your prayers and donations will help brighten the future of the children of Cambodia.
