Lord, in your goodness
You have given me this day.
I offer you my thoughts, words and actions
my joys and sufferings
as I strive to do your will
each moment of today.

My soul give thanks to the Lord.
May I never forget his blessings.
May goodness and mercy follow me
each day of my life.

Peace

May nothing upset me.
May nothing disturb me.
I know that all things will pass
But my God and His love for me will remain.
